Not a bad starting point, but what small parts are missing? the reason is the fold down seat and some of the stuff in that area are still hard to get.
I did notice the knee knocker but no other parts? where are they? I am not sure but I don't know if the AC brackets will fit under the hood with a 351. You know the deck height. I also noticed that it had the knee knocker console. If it is original it may be a nice item.
It is for sure a decent starting point. It would have to be completely torn down still, and it looks to me he didn't address 46 year old suspension and it sounds like the brakes need attention. So, a total tear down and restore or restomod.
