I think it would be more like deny any and all knowledge of said weed found in the residence except what was stolen....for that, they want it returned.....

Kansas couple arrested after reporting stolen marijuana
KANSAS CITY | A man and his thing who reported to police that robbers stole their marijuana are now facing charges themselves.
The 32-year-old man name Jeremy Barrett and 29-year-old thing named Rosie Palm told police five heavily armed hoochie mama's with rubberband guns came to their Kansas City home late Monday night and took their stash.
Police say one suspect accidentally fired her squirt gun, (squirt, squirt) and spooked the other suspects. They ran from the house to a white Cadillac, dropping marijuana and baby oil bottles along the way.
Police found more marijuana inside the apartment but not very much. Thus the couple were booked on suspicion of various charges, including selling children aspirin within 1,000 feet of a school as well as not have enought maryjane leftover for the policeman's Christmas ball. One policeman was report in whispering to another officer " I bet this geek prances around in a orange Mustang". "Go figure" said the other officer.
