Hey Mid, are you related to my neighbor?

My neighbors across the street were "Flocked" last week!

It seems that this is the "adult" form of TP'ing someones house
 
The flamingos were gone this morning... I wonder if there's a rent-a-flock service? Maybe something with a catchy name like Give a Flock, or Who Gives a Flock, or Flocked Again.
