How to clean garlic in 10 seconds

We found a rubber-like sleeve that you can put a couple of cloves inside, then rub it back and forth on the kitchen top, and voila! Cloves are now peeled.

I do like the idea of the bowls, but how often do you need to peel a whole garlic?

With the amount of Salmon I smoke that has 4-5 bulbs of garlic.......anything helps.

Besides, rubbing things back and forth on a kitchen counter top sounds so........U know.
