how to grease upper control arm ball joint

How do you grease the upper control arms ball joints? I see their is a lil nipple with a ball inside, but I don't know what I would use to got grease in there. Is their any way to clean out the grease those ball joints and get them packed with new grease?

Yes!!!
That lil nipple is a check valve fitting. Your grease gun will "plug" into that fitting and you can pump grease in until the old grease squirts out of the rubber boot area.
