I know most of you think I'm so full of $hit but never did I believe you might be right. Here I sit at the local surgicenter waiting for a colonoscopy, thinking about the past 24 hours of downing 130 oz of water tainted with Miralax which flushes out your system, big time.

Luckily I weighed myself yesterday am, before I started the process and then again this morning. 3.8# of cmayna love flushed out.

I brought my iphone so I can capture the moment and will be honored to share the pics with you afterwards.
