My guess is there was something wrong with the shelving and pretty likely the company got sued.

My other guess is maybe the forklift driver was working on the side in quality assurance for the products?
 
I doubt there is anything wrong with the shelving, I've see a bunch of warehouse racing come tumbling down like that. Figure how much a pallet of Vodka weighs, it doesnt take much to get that kind of damage. He hit the rack pretty damn hard.
