Hydraulic Clutch Master Cylinder?

Maybe. What's it attached to? Got a picture? It's impossible to say what it is from your description.

Well, my wipers dont work, so maybe I can use that now to fix it. Wahlah! anyway is it gonna be mechanical clutch?

Does it have a clutch pedal? A z-bar? Couple rods?

yes it has a clutch pedal.... and what you mean a couple rods?

The clutch pedal.... inside the car..... should be connected through the firewall to a "rod". This rod in turn should be connected to linkage refered to as the "Z-bar". The Z-bar in turn is connected to another rod that connects to the clutch fork that exits the drivers side of the transmissions bellhousing.

This factory setup is "mechanical" linkage that came on all classic Mustangs. Hydraulic clutches were not an option during these years, but can be converted with aftermarket kits/parts. Most modern vehicles use hydraulic clutch mechanisms.... mostly for their smooth, low effort pedal "feel".
