I did a little modeling... (**new pics**)

no, no mankini, I mean model car modeling.
I saw this on the interweb....

and I remembered in the pile of old models I gave my son I had a 57 Ford. I dug it out and quickly made a gasser out of it...

then I decided that just having a red door wasn't enough patina so I took the dremel, gound some holes in it, did a little paint and here is the results

thanks, I added a few more touches to the 57. some wide whites, black steelies on the rear, etc. Then dug out my 55 Panel truck and a trailer. When I built it I didn't even paint it, it was molded in orange. I did swap out the wheels today. Now I need to think of a good paint scheme for the panel truck...

I broke the windshield taking it apart but that just adds to the effect :roll

I thought the same thing when I saw the trailer, the fenders aren't even bent!
How about a sign painted on the panel truck side like 'Haulin' AZZ Racing Team'
You're pretty good at making new stuff look old quick...

Well obviously since you said "little" modeling, you couldn't have meant anything regarding a mankini. :bowdown
