Been raining here since Sat morning. I walked down to the pond to check out how bad it is and here's the result.

I just stocked the silly thing a month ago. I hope the Bluegill and Catfish prefer the deep water :doh

It's about 5' higher than normal. It's usually nowhere near those far trees! It's the first time since we put the pond in that the water has risen high enough to run around the dam.

We've had our first dry spell since early april! Been dry since last Wed and nothing in the forecast till maybe sat. Mid 90s all week. Good news is we were finally able to get all the first cutting hay in!

I heard they are having trouble finding a soccer mom in a PT that had the energy to run in circles ahead of you.... Most are burnt out from last year. That is why they called in the rain. :lol :lol :lol
