I lucked out today!

My smartphone (Droid2) has been acting up the past few weeks; I can't determine for sure if things happened with the OS was upgraded or not. Anyway, I have both a physical and virtual keyboard, and the VK no longer works on the right-hand edge/side, where the backspace button is for corrections, among other keys as well. I took it in to Verizon today, and they will be sending me a replacement phone at no charge. Why am I lucky? My one year warranty expires in two weeks.

Service with Verizon has been good, but the OS upgrade to the Droid made the phone buggy. I much preferred the original OS...

I absolutely HATE the new OS for my Droid X. What was a perfect system is now a f'd up piece of shart.

It sucks that I have to upgrade.....not really needing a smart phone.....but the basics are very basic now......
