I think my neutral safety might be bad.

Simple as unplugging the wire harness, removing the outer nut/washer and the two mounting bolts.
Installing is backwards of removal.
Setting is sliding a 1/8 drill bit smooth end into the hole and twist slightly till it passes thru the switch plate. and tighting the mounting bolts.
Antother setting for the switch is place the selector in R and turn the key on, rotate switch housing till reverse lights come on.
