Close.

It is a Sears Allstate which was available via the Sears Catalog.

I snapped this at the 50's diner in Branson, Mo last week.

Here is the page from the Sears catalog.

P.S. this specific one is for sale, for 17k.

Do I win a cookie for being close?!

Sears Allstate? :wtf Never heard of that before. The only reason I even know what a Henry J is or looks like is because I see one at the weekly car meet a lot.

I believe it was Henry J. Kaiser who spear headed it.....maybe in the later years. Built by Kaiser-Frazer.

So, why do we not have a picture of said Henry J?

Its only out there every now and then. The guy that owns it, owns several weird cars. He's usually either driving his limo or his hearse which is flat black, bullet hole stickers on it, coffin in the back with a skeleton. He's a cool guy though. Next time he brings out the Henry I'll get a picture of it.

The Allstate was made by Kaiser-Fraser alongside the Henry Js... I'll post a pic of the Henry J that was at the diner later...

Copied me huh.......lol

sears marketed alot of things under the 'allstate' name. i've painted a bunch of the allstate motorcycles. they even sold cushman scooters under the allstate label.

IIRC, Sears even sold HOMES! They were in kit form and the floor plans were listed in the catalog. They delivered everything to the site! At one time if you couldn't find it in a Sears & Roebuck catalog, you didn't need it! LOL

Here's the pic of the 'sister' Henry J that was in the same parking lot as the Allstate...
