Well, I finally did it, my baddass side came out of me. I had been thinking about getting a tattoo for some time and finally did it. I wanted it to reflect the scuba diving passion I have, so here it is. I first had the turtle tattoo done on my lower back, then realized that not much would show above my swimming suit bottom, and none at all when wearing my shorts coverup. So, I had the manta ray added above the turtles. I love them! But, it did hurt like heck, especially the manta due to its location across my spine.
The turtle panel isn't done yet. I was there for six hours to get the outline done and one-third of it shaded. Couldn't take anymore, so I go back next week and she'll finish shading it in. The outline had to heal first before she could do the additional shading.
