The story of the last few months of my life (and why I haven't been posting like a crazed chipmunk) is pretty long, so here's the cliff notes version. I'm a college stoojent, filed a complaint against one of my profs., that ate all my time, flew to Tampa for 10 days over spring break to to re-roof our "vacation home" (think Clark Griswold and Cousin Eddie), drove home, and here I am.
I managed to steal some wifi from our neighbors down in FL on occasion, and I was surprised and shocked to hear about JuanPro's trip to the hospital. Good luck and get well John!
An interesting thing came out of the complaint that I filed against my prof., she said she couldn't respond to my emails in time to do anything "because she was having personal issues". I daresay it's been a crappy time for a lot of people, nevermind the soap opera that is my family...if I dropped everything and took off every time my nieces and nephews were in the ER, I'd be ***ed, so I lol'ed when she said that, before I got pissed about all the BS.
To add to all that, my cousin is in the hospital right now...we don't know if he had an allergic reaction to his meds or he has a problem with...err...putting things up his nose, if you get my drift. Surprised the hell out of me because he's not part of the white trash, drama queen side of the family.
