picked up this 1965 Ranchero yesterday. 289, C-4. Seems solid. Steering is all good. Some work to do on the quarter panels, between the cab and rear fender, but the bed is sound and it runs well.

I named it after a dog my Grandfather had, who bit me because I was teasing him at my grandparents kitchen table with some crackers

Remember that the bed drains through the quarters right above the rear torque boxes. Rotted torque boxes on these Rancerho's is fairly common. Hope yours is more solid than most.
