...or are guys who buy retired police motorcycles and then buy the white/tan helmets that "look" like police helmets and wear similar clothes as an officer and then ride around trying to give drivers a little scare.......a little nutty?
Saw one on the freeway tonight. I understand the desire for the motorcycles (especially the Harleys) but do they have to dress up too? Maybe I saw Paul Blart... :lol
 
It could be. But I knew a guy who bought an older police cruiser and relished the way traffic would slow down when he drove around. Kooky.
 
I've seen old Fl. Hwy Patrol Mustang's at shows but no scooters with uniform dudes on the road. (but they are probably out there)
 
me thinks they are the wanna be control types. They also would have a line in on funeral procession patrols as they'd have the garb and would just need to get the uniform of the company they work for.

Another component of our insane state here in Kalifornia. I believe this one is minor as we've got much larger concerns.
 
I don't know. I wouldn't do that, but I still want a Mercury Marauder. Black on black, looks like a police cruiser, but better:)
