Is there any way Not to see the politics/whoop ass board?

I am a fan of the grumpy old farts, but i never even had the pw for the poltics stuff. I can just ignore it, but if there is a way to not see it at all, I'm in.
 
Only way I've found to hide it is by hiding both VGOFL and political forums. Other than that, I think you'll just have to ignore it.

Just pretend like it still has a password and you still don't know it.
 
I can't say I've ever been in the whoop ass board. No real desire to go there so it's been very easy to simply ignore it.
 
Like I mentioned elsewhere, I think it would be great if the "show unread posts" filterd out the Preperation H board all together...

I went in the CP and checked a box that will ignore those boards for "show unread posts" If I want to go to those boards I just have to go to the forums board and click on them. Works out good for me.
 
Well since there is such an issue with even seeing the boards (sounds like Paul has the right attitude) why don't we just conform the whole site?
 
I enjoy the VGOFL, etc - I just don't think posts in those 2 boards should show up in the "new topics" section for everyone to see.

I enjoy those boards also. I have grandkids that like to look at mustang pics and I was a little nervous having those boards show up on the "show unread posts". If you go into the CP and check the boxes for those two it will elimimate them from "show unread posts since last visit". Then it basically works the old way of getting to those boards.(minus the passwords) In the CP it is under ignore boards.
