Hats off to the LA Kings who finally won their first Stanley Cup!
 
I HATE LA....

That being said they played a great playoff series and deserved the win. I love their style of play...never stop, never slow down. I picked them a from the first round to do it.

Congrats to the team.
 
Not a big Kings fan, but I was happy to see them win. 45 years playing and the first cup for LA. Just hope that I do not get sent into LA on Thursday :rant Had that happen a few years back when the lakies won the hoop final. Traffic was brutal that morning. :steer

Only one team left from the original expansion in 67 left that hasn't won a cup yet. St Louis. Still felt good for Simone Gagne finally winning a cup even though he damn near dropped it on his head. Do like the Kings with the in your face style they play. Wish the league would go back to that and get away from some of the penalty fests that have been going on lately.
 
Its been years since the Cup was won by a Canadian team....and they can't stand that. :thu :thu :thu :yah :yah
