Late 1966 289 cylinder head emmission plugs

I need help with plugging the air pump port's on these heads. C6AE date: 6L15. These are not your typical thermactor plugs that are found on most heads. These heads have a single opening in the exhaust side of the head. The hole measures .876 with my mic. It has a thread provision in the bottom. I assume there was a tube of some type bolted here. I simply want to seal the port and was wondering if there was a known part for this. I cannot find any info on this style of system. Thanx for any help.
 
Do you have a picture? I had a set of CA smog heads on my 66 when I bought it. I plugged them with allen headed bungs and some red Loctite.
