LCA adjuster plates 65/66

LCA Camber adjuster plates, the last of my Opentracker rip-off’s…

Here is the incredibly accurate, well thought out design details, this one actually made it onto a piece of paper…

Good to have access to a big shear:

To the mill/drill to make some holes, slots and to mill the pocket for the adjuster plates. One set of plates is centered, one set has 1/8 and 1/2 offsets, and one set has ¼ and ½ offsets. Depending on how you put them in, you can get +/-1/2 of adjustment (in or out) of the LCA.

Weld in the slotted pockets to hold the plates:

Here is the centered plate in place:

I am looking to do this modification my buddies 65. I just want to use the regular eccentric bolt and washer, not the lockout plates. I cannot find the weld on plates by themselves so if you are interested in making/selling a set let me know. Scott.

Nice job. I have the vario-centric camber kit in my '66, and eliminated all the shims. Great modification.

what kind of Mustang are you building again? I'm anticipating some nice body modifications in the future.

65 fastback, built from all repro parts, no major body mods planned... remember this:
