Leaf Springs

I have 4.5 mid-eyes on my 65. Sorry I couldn't tell you which brand. Been too long. Mine settled in nice and low.
 
I have Mustangs Plus 4.5 mid eyes. Been on since 2004. I ended up adding a 1” drop block to get the ride height I wanted. The reverse eyes probably would have been better for me!96DA68F8-0519-44C6-A48C-8912E3ADA142.jpeg

My car sits almost exactly like Mark's without a block. My suggestion is go mid-eye and if you want it lower you can use a block. If you go reverse and its too low you are switching springs again.
 
I have Mustangs Plus 4.5 leaf mid eyes as well. Love them. Not too harsh, not too soft. Good ride height.
