Duane's story,

"Here's ya a good colorblind story. I'm hunting one evening. When evening hunting I pretty much have to come out of the woods when the sun starts going down because I can't tell what anything is. Without some good sunlight, everything is the same color. So I'm walking out of the woods around "dusk". Everything looks the same. Due to being in the woods for so many years and deathly afraid of some encounters, I always watch the ground...ALWAYS. So this particular evening I'm coming out of the woods, watching the ground, making sure I don't have an unwanted encounter, trying to be quiet just in case a deer wants to get shot and HOLY @#^*&$%#% this @#&^^%$% copperhead jumps up from where I just stepped and literally misses me by 2 inches. Did I mention I HATE snakes? Worse than owls and almost as much as spiders. Fight or flight??????? I "flight" back about 3 feet and take care of that sob. After my heart decides to crawl back in my chest I go to inspect the situation. Mr. copperhead was a tree branch that pivoted when I stepped on the end of it."

Shart, I miss everything when I'm at work. Least I didn't ruin my keyboard with liquid. :lol
