Looking for a good FE engine builder

I have a friend with a '67 Galaxie convertible. He's rebuilding the suspension now, and wants to have his 390 rebuilt. He wants to go with aluminum heads and all of the typical hop-up stuff a decent build uses these days. He's even open to upgrading to a 428.

He's looking for someone reasonably close (Dallas, Houston, Waco...). Any recommendations?
