Looking for a Weber guru

My Ferrari neighbors are reaching out for advice. Per the following link to a post I did earlier on a 65 Cobra with a 289 motor topped with some Weber 48 IDA carbs, they are trying to find the optimum jet size. Does anyone know what is a good get size to start with? or know of someone who would know?

Talk to Johnny at TEM Machine Shop (which, incidentally, is an authorized Ferrari machine shop) in Napa, 707-252-7907.
He knows SU and Weber carbs.

Lastly I would recommend avoiding Inglese if you were thinking of contacting them.
