Lots of smoked Salmon

5 trays of Salmon nuggets avg 64pcs each starting out with 7.6# of wet Salmon, ending up with 4.13#dry =65% yield (324pcs). On the bottom of the top pic is a buncha Salmon jerky, starting out with 4.4# of wet Salmon, ending up with 1.9# dry = 43% yield. Gave a whole bunch of each to the Mrs for her fishing excursion tomorrow. Going to vacuum up and freeze the rest for future snacking.

MMMMMM! I learned how to make those at one of the places in Yellowstone!
