Had a good week--got the funds today for selling my company's domain name ($10K) and got the side yard deforested and decactused so my new trailer driveway can get leveled for paving. It looks awful right now, but in a couple of weeks it should be nicely paved and ready for the trailer. Then, I get to practice backing the 22-foot trailer in between the house and a big power box.

We need to take up a donation and buy Laurie a digital camera

I'm going to post pictures this weekend. I need to photograph the side yard so I can show before and after.

Oh yeah, I'm also back on Trouble this weekend. Anyone want to help me pull the rear axle?

Forget pictures of the finished product. . .I want to see the video of you backing up the trailer! LOL

Oh Lord, that would be priceless, I am sure.

Actually, it can't be much worse than what I have to do now where I store it. I have to parallel park a 48-foot-long rig between two RVs and there isn't a whole lot of room to do it. And, I do it by myself with no spotters.

Those poor RV's...................lol

Really, have you thought of getting a couple of these small back up cameras Auto Zone and them sell. They are remote and would give a good picture on that blind side when you turn and back...... Clamp the camera on the trailer side and the monitor on the dash and you would be set, plus keep them portable for any other odd place you get into.

I'm old-fashioned, I just use the mirrors. They actually work pretty well other than seeing exactly how far back the trailer is in its space. But, I may check them out, if it becomes necessary at the house.

I've never hit the RVs, but I can't say the same for what they have done to my trailer. The guy behind me will park all the way forward, which puts his mirrors into my space. So far I have resisted the temptation to take them out but the urge is growing....
