This evening, we host both sides of our families for dinner, singing and opening presents.
Our traditional food is a deep fried turkey (I am preparing a brine and cajun injection) prime rib (wifey does that) and this year, our son is doing brussel sprouts, roasted carrots, and white chocolate ice cream. My BIL is bringing a honey baked ham and my mother is bringing an apple pie.
