Missing Power Brake spacer

There was a space between the Master Cylinder and booster on my wife's 68 Coupe. I seem to have lost it. Where can I get another?

Here is the diagram, I need the trird piece from the left on the top row

You may try Booster Dewey. Not sure where else you may find this unless you buy a junk booster to steal the parts off of.
