Uh....ok. What are you suppose to do with those?

Wash them,split them, shake in bag with flour,salt and pepper(or breading of choice) fry in oil till crispy and enjoy---they are selling for $20. per uncleaned pound around here. I already gave 2 bags to elderly friends tonight, they were thrilled.
