My club is always asked to do a Mustang display at the International Auto Expo. I've been in charge of organizing the display for the past six years.
I usually try to make it some kind of theme.
This year we are paying tribute to the Fox Bodies and Bosses.
I've lined up eleven Foxes and five vintage Bosses.
Ford will be displaying a new Boss in their new car display so we thought we should have some vintage Bosses there too.
I wanted Foxes because they are the longest running generation and are rarely spotlighted.
Some of what I was able to round up include a very early low mileage 1979 convertible, 1979 Indy pace car, 1985 Saleen, 1986 SVO, couple modified 80's hatchbacks, 1990 Anniversary convertible, 1993 SVT Cobra. The Bosses are a 1969 Boss 302, 1969 Boss 429, 2-1970 Boss 302s, 1971 Boss 351.
Should be a fun time! Kill the wintertime dulldrums.
