The wife and i were able to get a invite to a pre release screening of the movie "2012." Stars John Cusak who does a really fine job. After seeing all the movie trailers for it, both at the show, and on T.V. it sounds pretty appealing. Its about a group of people trying to survive the end of the world as predicted by the myan calander. All in all a pretty good movie. A little long, rather slow to develop and you kind of know whats going to happen next. Woody Harelson is great, and extremely funny!

yea pretty much, At least the cracks in the streets look real, but theres a lot of buildings falling over, and it does look "cheesy". It gets old too, because it keeps happening. Thats what i meant by slow. The same chit, just a different part of town.

Yeah, Michael Bay seems to like those wide-aspect end-of-the-world CG shots. ID4, Day After Tomorrow, 2012...

Absolutely J. A couple days after i mentioned it. I loved it! I thought it really tied everything together from the previous ones.

2012 doesn't look that interesting to me but I need to see the last two Saw movies. The first couple were way better than I ever expected so need to see how they keep it going.

Watched Zombieland the other night and it had a preview for Legion. So creepy, I cant wait to go watch it. Paul Bettany is a great actor and looks Bad A$$ with all the tats fighting off Gabriel. That crazy demonized :rp flying grandma made me a little uncomfortable though. Why Nana :cry.
