Does anyone know the history of this assembly manual? Who created it? I have a copy of it but it doesn't list who the author or publisher is. No info at all.

I have one too. Got it from Calif Mustang.
I also have this manual but have always wondered of it origin. There is a real cheap black & white copy of this manual floating around, also with no info on the manual's origin. Just wondering.
