Too lazy to start a new thread so I figured I'd post here since it is Christmas related.
This year I really went all out for the wife in her presents. She was blown away not only by all of the stuff she got, but with the items themselves. She loved everything. Well, I felt really bad for her when it came time for me to open my gifts. As a quick back story; I collect reference books on a now defunct railroad. Due to the somewhat obscurity of the railroad, material is rarely published and then it's usually done in very limited printings. It took over 25 years but I've collected every reference ever written specifically on this particular road.
Recently a new book was published and she purchased it for me as a present. When I opened it she could tell by the look on my face something was wrong. She bought the correct book, but they had shipped the wrong one. My daughter had wrapped it for her when it came in because she was at work. The seller had invoiced the correct one, but what was in the box was wrong. What had arrived was one I've had for several years now. She's getting it corrected but the Christmas day surprise was kinda damaged. I will say the rest of the stuff she bought was great though. You can never go wrong with new tools and Mustang parts!!
LOL The thing is, how many folks here (besides you and I), know what that means?!!You darn foamers.......
