PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -

A couple's Valentine's Day role playing has landed them in jail, police say.

Portland Police Bureau spokesman Sgt. Pete Simpson says officers got a report at about 12:30 p.m. Tuesday of a car leaving the parking lot of a north Portland grocery store with a naked female tied up in the back with duct tape over her mouth.

Police say they flooded the area to locate the blue Subaru Legacy. Washington authorities were also notified in case the car headed north.

Simpson says a witness reported the female "seemed hazy" and that the man said they "were just having some fun." The witness also reported the license plate to police.

Officers went to the address of the car's registered owner, Simpson says, but the car wasn't there. Authorities continued to check around the area.

At about 1 p.m., Simpson says, an officer saw the Subaru at the address and spotted a man walking away and a naked, bound female in the back.

The man, identified as 31-year-old Nikolas Alexander Harbar, said he and his girlfriend, 26-year-old Stephanie Morgan Pelzner, were doing some Valentine's Day role playing, according to police.

Pelzner told officers she was voluntarily bound and naked in the car, Simpson says.

The couple was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct and booked into the Multnomah County Jail.

Although, what dumba$$ thought letting people see their bondage games wouldn't result in police attention?

True, we regularly run around nekked singing kume by ya (sp? like I care) and the only people that see us are the evil rich folks flying overhead.
 
Another example of tax payer dollars being wasted. "Arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct", give me a brake, or better yet, give them a brake. I'd had him cover himself with his hands and handed her a couple of paper napkins and in a stern voice say, get your arse in the house right now, and afterwards, laughed my AO the rest of the day.

Actually the waste of taxpayers money was in these 2 knuckleheads role playing. When normal people saw a naked woman tied up and gagged with duct tape, I would hope they called the police. A call of that nature sure gets our attention. A whole of manpower went out looking for these people. After they're caught it's nothing to book and process them comparatively. Plus once arrested they can take cost recovery action.

Also when the pretty freak Ms Pelzner no longer wants to partake in freak games and Mr Harbar has to take his affections elsewhere, he might take a non cooperative individual. Now his actions are traceable.

Just saying...
 
See all the crazy stuff the do over here in Portland? A few months ago it was the last with a dead horse now this. I guess there is some truth to the bumper stickers "Keep Portland Weird".

The drug store just down the street is robbed, three patrons as well as the store personnel were all shot and killed. The surveillance system and all recordings was destroyed however the silent alarm was activated minutes before. The unit assigned to patrol that area was "busy" at the station booking two suspects for "suspicion of disorderly conduct". The closest unit arrived on scene 15 minutes later. It was learned there were no witnesses. You never know.
