Need 9 inch rear guidance for my 66 Mustang

I picked up a complete 9 inch rear end (pumpkin has 3.70 gears), that I would like to use in my 66 Mustang coupe. The housing is 54 and 1/4" wide and doesn't have the taper like an 8" rear.
My plan was to have it narrowed to fit my 66 Mustang, buy new axles, and rebuild the pumpkin with new Traction Lok and 3.55 gears.
I noticed my current U-bolts will not fit. Is it possible to get the larger U-bolts, and proper perches to install this rear end?

Thanks

Depending on what it came out of the perches might be okay. I think the tube diameter is 3", you can get U bolts but I think you will need to modify the shock plates for the larger diameter. Perches are available as well. Places like Summit sell them.
I put a 9" in my 67. It came out of a Lincoln Versailles so the spring perches were okay. I bought Total Control shock plates from Mustangs Plus and U bolts from a local parts store. Keep in mind you drive shaft will need to be shortened or swapped as well.

I got all my stuff at Currie Enterprises. I bought a big bearing housing off of eBay and had to get larger u-bolts and plates.

I believe that my 9" originally came out of a truck and was cut down to fit the mustang. IIRC, I used the same shock plate, but I got the new u-blots from a local shop in Sacramento that made them to my specs.
