So , I am in the progress of rebuilding 351W cilinder heads.
Cause the valve stem guides were worn , thus leaking oil , valves were pitted due to burning oil on them seats.
I need valves , valve seats , valve stem guides.
Need thrustworthy place to buy . Thx.

You could knerl the guides thus no need for guide replacement. That just requires a new tool.

As for head parts, Summit?

Oh, I also have a set of head that are likely good but way to heavy to ship to you or I would just give them to you.

Mel , thanks for the offer.
What do you mean with " You could knerl the guides thus no need for guide replacement. That just requires a new tool. " ?
My heads never had bronze guides.
about summit , don't see the valves I looking for and the have no valve seats and guides I think. Want to buy all at the same place.
Again , thanks for the gesture.Appreciate it.

If your seats are cast iron you can run a knerling tool through it.

I Don't Care. Do you?
If you're already having the heads cut and new seats pressed in it only makes sense to have new guides installed too. I've always allowed the machine shops I've used to source the bits like the seats and guides so I'll have to see if I can find a source to pass along, Bruno.

Cause the guide in the cast iron head were worn , oil got through to the valves and burned some pits in the seats.
Now , those valve , seats and guides are not common overhere , the machineshop ask me to deliver those items.
Thats what i am looking for , a place where to buy all those items in one.
Any help is welcome.
There are places where they sell valves and maybe guides but then no seats or the other way around.

When I was doing it, I knerled even the new guides. You can get better tolerances and heat distribution. I learned it from an old timer in 1981.
