Awesome movie. I have to buy it when it is released. Some trick stuff I may have to get for my car!

I'm stuck with a personal delema on that movie. As a gamer, movies based of video games have been awful. As a car nut, it sounds great.

Go see it. You will enjoy it. Kinda predictable, but what movie in the last 10 years hasn't been?

Did anyone notice the old school cop car axel tear out redone in it.

Haven't seen the movie yet...but sounds like you are describing the famous scene from American Graffiti. I know the guys that George Lucas based that on....happened here in little old Modesto!

I thought the cop car scene was from the Blues Brothers...

The cop car axle ripping scene is from American Graffiti. I think they did something similar in Blues Brothers.

I loved that movie --it was a early 60's squad car---https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=lqsI3fl1Z8w

They did a version of it in the remake of Gone in 60 seconds too.

I wasn't going to spill anything about the movie for those who haven't seen it yet.

I rarely ever see a movie more than once or even want to until it comes out on disc, but this one I want to see again.

I always throw into the mix in these discussions, "Hollywood Knights". A eighties type American Graffiti. Despite Tony Danza staring I still consider it one of my favorites.
