Judging from the posting of THREE Trackers and only one Lund, safe to say you really want a Tracker?! LOL

What kinds do your neighbors have, whatever they have are the best!

my dad has a boat, he says it's a hole he pours his money into... he also says people tell him the two best days of boat ownership is the day you buy it and the day you sell it!
:sm_NTA

Don't know much about fishing boats, but I have a 96 Mastercraft ski boat and it's one of the best investments I've made. Not money wise, but pure fun wise. Deb and I go out all the time. We invite friends, family and even strangers we see at the lake that are boat less! No one has a bad time on the water, even when we end up in the ER :part

It has been way, way less of a money pit than the 66 has and continues to be!

I sure hope you knocked on some wood while typing this one.

I've owned a boat of some type for 23 years, and never understood the problems people have with them. Mine have cost less per year than any car, and are way more fun. That said, I do all my own work, so no high $ mechanics bills - but that is the same as my cars. Frankly, most of the problems I've heard folks bitch about are due to running them with problems or low / no maintenance. Just my $.01.

Here's the other $.01 :

If this is your first boat, go with what is the most prevalent in your area (the Tracker maybe). Why? Because you will be selling it to get what you really decide you want in a year or three. It's easier to sell boats popular in your area.

I don't own fishing boats, but the guys I know who do love the tracker line.

It's a bit of the teacher in me. "Advise" is a verb...it's something that you do. "Advice" is something that you receive and is a noun.

I thin you should buy this.
