Lighter, quicker, prettier: those are just a few descriptors press and fans alike are giving to the yet-to-be-released Chevy Camero. From the spy shots you can already tell Chevy is making some big changes. How big, though? We’ll find out soon enough.

NEW Camero? Never saw an old one. Or did you mean C-a-m-a-r-o? :D

It would be kinda like the new mustang in that it would lose the iconic body detail of the '69 just as the '15 Stang gave up the "c" scoops.

Like with all new cars, there really isn't that much that sets them apart other than the emblem! Even at a quick glance, you know a classic mustang when you see it, these new cars, you have to look for an emblem to see if its a ford, chevy, hyundai or mazda!

I misspelt camero on purpose. Remember what Abe Lincoln said "you cannot believe everything you see and read on the internet" :p
I think Ryan has a better example of a 2015 than my pic. Better example, still not a better car.

The design similarities are pathetic. There is nothing to set either one off. No iconic quarter window or "C" scoop on the Mustang. Not that a Camaro ever had much in that regard but the only thing I see on that new design drawing from the past hints to a 'Vette with those raised upper fenders.

I read a lot about how forward some of the new tech is on the '15 stang (some of which is great) but I think they've lost focus on style completely. How much do you think the goal of introducing new Mustang sales in Europe plays into this?

I only can say that the 05 till now model , does sell very well here in Belgium , dispite the high tax on such cars due to their high cid engines.
Saying the europeans do like the bodystyle again.(simular to the early style )
As always taste differences between the two continents.
