Was referred by Tarafied! Great guy

A little bit about me:
67 Mustang coupe. 289 rebuilt a couple times. Going to rebuild and bore when I go home on leave. Bunch of other stuff I'm going to do to fix it up. Just bought it from my parents last year. I'm 19 and stationed in Germany.

Dave,
Welcome to the fix. Looks like a very solid car. Did your parents buy the car new?

No sir, it was my Uncle's before. My dad bought it from him and let my sister drive it for years. Then I drove it for about a year and went to boot camp. Bought it right after so they couldn't get rid of it!

Decent. It is a project though. First priority is getting the engine rebuilt. It has a loud knock that can be heard a block away. Also need to do rust repair and prevention along with a new paint job. The original paint was the throw up green color lol. Going to go with midnight blue though. I was thinking about changing it over to a manual but I don't have that much time before I ship it out here.

I just realized you probably meant where it is, not how is it holding up.. haha. It's in California.

Where are you going to ship it to?

Welcome to the fix. Looks like a nice project. We have a section for build threads. Start one up so we can watch your progress.
