New Military Sat launch

Not the program I work for but the sat was built where I work in Sunnyvale California.

Quite often after some international incident many folks are quick to want one of OUR satellites look into it. Although this sat is a comm-sat you have to understand it isn't magic how these sats get into space. It takes a lot of time and money. But these same folks hate the government and paying the taxes it takes to have what we have. It ain't free to stay free.

Cool stuff. I like to watch the Spacex tail first landings too. All my life that was said to be the preferred landing method and we are finally getting to the point where it can be done for at least unmanned boosters.
