NFL is fixed

I have long said it. Now I know.

I have never this poor of a game by Manning and the Seahawks have never won a Superbowl. Duh, WTF?

I think that someone got a big payday! This was very sloppy from the first snap of the game, Now another turn over as I type?

I may have been wrong about why it was fixed before and who it was fixed for, but IMHO it they could have made it more believable.

Geez really fixed heard it all now. The broncos are soft even Elway said it when we crushed them in preseason. Go hawks
 
I think that Denver choked big time. Seahawks played their game and won deservedly.
 
I think a "fix" would include a closer game. I also think Manning's intensity and perfection tend to work against him in the big games, putting too much pressure on himself, and his teammates. (See first play of the game). Seattle seemed relaxed and confident. Denver looked tense and worried.
 
The saying that I have heard and believe in is that a good defense will beat a good offence. That being said the Number 1 defense played the number 1 offence and who won? Also I did not see any bad calls by the officials. I was hoping for Denver to win, but it is what it is.

Denver had no chance, they never faced a team this good during the year. That shows how strong the NFC west division is.

A Seahawks fan, a 49ers fan, and a Denver fan are climbing a mountain and arguing about who loves their team most, The Denver fan insists that he is the most loyal. "This is for Denver !!!" he yells and jumps off the mountain. Not to be outdone, the Seahawks fan is next to profess his love for his team. He yells "this is for Seattle" and pushes the 49ers fan off the mountain.

Ok guys lets get over it and we will battle it out next year. Seahawks have now one a superbowl for what ever difference that makes and the games are not fixed. That was an old fashion butt wiping.
 
Give credit where due. The Hawks played their asses off. Won on nearly every down in all facets of the game.

Never saw that coming. I figured a good game with the Broncos simply winning with a faster scoring offense. I couldn't picture the Seattle O keeping up. In reality it was their D that led to much of the scoring.

I had heard comparisons of the Seattle D to that of the 85 Bears and simply laughed. After watching the game last night I can see why some might make such a comparison. It's not accurate but there are elements there. More than anything its their confidence that harkens back more than the play.

Congrats Hawk fans.

I am Niners fan and as such am obligated to strongly dislike the Seahawks but they were clearly the better team across the board in the Superbowl.
IMO, the real NFL Championship game between the two best teams in football was played two weeks earlier in the NFC Championship...
 
Seattle is having a huge parade in town for the Seahawks today. Both stadiums are going to be full. Looking at over 500,000 people. What a madhouse.

Papa Johns pizza is offering a Payton Manning special, An extra large 43 topping pizza for 8 bucks. What a deal.
