Obama Can't Gymkhana

Ken up to his old tricks, i certainly wouldnt want to be on that 2 wheel thing when hes going around me :beat
 
I believe he's using a paddle shifter (right hand) behind the steering wheel. Anyone know the function of the large metal stick in the center? Line brake, perhaps?
 
Anybody can drive my car, I just can't find someone that's NOT chicken.

I just had the neighbor park his PT on the west side on the RV.....your fart will not pass it either.
