OH man what a storm!

Warm weather rolled into New England today and along with it a terrible rain and wind storm...Wife looked out the window towards the backyard and said "Our shed is crushed" I take a look and sure enough my 14X16 shed is cut in half from a branch that hit it. The branch is about 40 feet long and at least a diameter of 24inches. On the inside of the shed sat my mower. snow blower and leaf blower along with 3 bicycles and various shovels and other garden equipment. Not sure what sorta shape they are in I can't even see inside the shed, roof is gone as well as two walls, Oh well as long as no one was hurt I guess life is still okay. I liked that shed, built it myself and painted it the same color as the house. Have a service coming in the morning to give me an estimate for cutting the tree and debris removal, this should be expensive. Hopefully insurance should cover most of it.

I think that is the storm we all just got rid of in the West. Sorry to hear about the damage. I am glad everyone is OK.

Mel, there's another one on it's way to ya. Here in Redding, we're getting hit pretty hard with more wind and rain. It shouldn't take long to blow your way. Time to batten down the hatches.

yep supposed to be here tomorrow. I didn't get the driveway plowed last time, I thought it was no biggie, but now that one is coming again, I may get snowed in.
