My daily driver is a 97GT coupe.
People ask me why I drive a Mustang when winters can be so awful. My standard reply is that there are only four or five days a year that I regret not having something all wheel drive, or at least FWD.
I work night shift. Got off at 630 this morning and greeted by wind, blowing snow, and ice.
Usual 15-20 minute drive home took over an hour.
Almost every stop sign and stop light, the car wanted to keep going or slid sideways. At least I'm going against most morning traffic and don't have to go in the interstates.
More snow projected over next two days.
I'm afraid I'm going to get at least 2-3 of THOSE days in real early this year.
