Opinions on flow master super 44s

I just pulled off some Flowmaster 50 series because of a nasty droan. I have magnaflow on there now and it is much better. Not as deep of a sound and a little more exotic sounding. Still sounds good though.
Muffler sound is personal taste. I like Flowmaster. My cars aren't daily drivers so "drone" doesn't bother me. I like to make noise. A friend has 44's on his cars, and I can't tell the difference between them and the 40's I have. Of course, I'm old and probably have hearing damage. All depends on the use and personality of the car.
