Package tray

I just bought one of those aftermarket package trays that are made out of abs plastic, it has angled 6x9 speaker mounts.. I would like to know if anyone has one of these and how it holds up? Also would like to know how you mounted the speakers Thanks for the help
 
I've got one in my '67 and it seems fine. I cut large holes for the speakers to fit through and mounted them on top of the speaker mounts. I wasn't able to use the included speaker grilles because they interfered with the window. I also had to install the speakers into the tray before mounting the tray in the car for the same reason--window interference. If I had known the speaker grilles couldn't be used I might have installed the speakers underneath the pods.
