The 1996 Lincoln Town Car that allegedly transported the body of former NASCAR driver Dale Earnhardt Sr. is being sold on eBay for $1.5 million.

According to multiple reports, records indicate Raymer Funeral Services sold the hearse to Bill McKeithan, who then reportedly sold the car last month to an unidentified man for $8,800.

The eBay seller has set the starting bid at $1.5 million, and the auction will expire on Tuesday, March 15. The Kelly Blue Book value for a 1996 Lincoln Town Car with 115,000-plus miles is about $4,600, the Charlotte Observer reports.

While I couldn't care less about the car, I did send Sterlin Marlin a 20 spot after that race.

Naa, but you can bet the Mickey Mouse sponsored car will not see the end of a race for the rest of this year.

You're all just jealous that you didn't get a reply from SM. It was a simple card, but still means so much to me. It simply said; You're Welcome.

Yesterday I saw the listing and said 6 days left, 0 bids... now it's gone. Wonder if he got a lot of complaints about how stupid the price was, or someone local to him bought it. :confu
