I know I made some negative Phelps comments and joked about too many hits on the bong but credit should be given when due, I cannot imagine how hard it would be to train and stay focused to compete with the best in the world, especially after he had nothing to prove after 4 years ago, he will, and should go down as one of, if not the best ever in his field!

I get what you are saying and find it true 99% of the time. I think we treat our Olympic athletes differently, however. I can't recall the populous trying to tear one down. OK, maybe Jenner since he is part of that whole Kardashian crap pile but that's it."KBMWRS" said:
